Sun, Sand and Surf....ooops, Cigar ?
I thought I needed at least a week of massive brain cobwebs clearing(bcc) in a tropical beachfront secluded get-away (miss ko pa ang Boracay :(). The ocean afterall has been my lifelong remedy for such a malady (bcc). Anyway, I found the most ideal and closest place (a mere 4 hours away plane ride from TO + 1 hour bus ride to the resort) I could get to ASAP.....and it's in CUBA!!!
Yipeee...I'm off to Cuba on Saturday! Jibacoa, Varadero in particular, about 1.5 hrs. away from Havana. I'll be on my own, enjoying the following setting (as described on the net)for one full week:
Nestled on 19 acres overlooking Arroyo Bermejo beach and surrounded by beautiful mountains, this SuperClubs hotel is the perfect setting for a wedding, a honeymoon, or a secluded holiday (just what I need!) away from the hustle and bustle. This tropical hideaway, situated mid-way between Varadero and Havana, offers superb food and 'round the clock activities, including a 24-hour Jacuzzi in the garden area for a midnight dip.
Of course, I won't miss a day trip to "time-frozen ('50's)" Havana and see first-hand the fruit of Fidel's political masterpiece. Might even get the chance to take a ride on one of those old Chevy taxis roaming the city's dusty roads.
This resort came highly recommended by a co-worker who has been to Breezes, Jibacoa three times, mainly for scuba diving. So yeah, I readily dumped my Panama plans in favor of beautiful Cuba, as those who've been there claim. I hear the beauty of the ocean's flora and fauna in this resort is incredible. If I pull enough guts, I might just try wearing the suit and get those free scuba diving lessons offered in my all-inclusive package.
Might bring a small canvas and my oil paints to create an impression of the beach at sunset. Yep, might just do that! Anyway, I'm super excited. Expensive Amanpulo, Bora-Bora, Tahiti and the Maldives can wait for when I'm married to the prince of Kuaili. But Atlantis, Bahamas looks looming in the foreseeable future...:). Hasta la vista, los amigos Cubanos!!!

basta siguraduhin mo lang, atcheng, na hindi ka nila iiwanan habang nag iiskuba ka at baka kainin ka ng mga piranha. parang yung true story sa movie na 'open waters' (napanood mo?). pero oonga pala at sirena ka naman nga pala, matatakot sa yo pating at manta rays.
ikumusta mo ko kay apo fidel ha! ihalik mo ko sa kulubot nyang cheek at ibunot mo ko ng 2 balbas for good luck. kuha ka dami pekchurs ng 50s cars at favorite ko mga yon. o kaya, ibili mo kong isa, light green na top down 1955 cadillac. at habang nandun ka na rin lang, mag aral ka ng mag salsa at rumba at lambada para baka sakaling ibaling ni brod. pete pagtingin nya sa yo at di ka na nya iwanan. mag tangga ka, mag tangga ka! or thongs kaya!
Atetulipya, please wag ka makinig kay ursula, waaaaaggg ka mag-tanggaaaaaa! Mag two-piece ka na lang--- dalawang band-aid--- para sa mata... hi hi enjoyacs!!!!!

ursulang sinalakay ng mga tarantula...ala, sabi nga nung kabiruan kong ka-opismeyt..."you're too ugly for the sharks" sabay halakhak....wehehehehe. yun eh matapos ko syang sabihan na di ko na sya kailangang tustahin at roasted na sya (itim kse)...wihihihihi....kaya safe sa akon ang mga piranha..eks, valixtad. nakow, sigurado ka bang suswertehen ka sa balbas ni lolo fidel? tingnan mo nga ang nangyari sa bansa nya. sige uuwian kita ng pintong nahulog sa cadillac na taxi pag nataunan. namili na nga ako ng mga costume sa lambada na yan. tangga at thong? inay, nangangati ang behind ko sa istilo nyan. namili ako noon kse 1.99 lang isa, di ko naman ginamit na...wihihihi.

hi babygurl, kumusta ka na? btw, "havana nights" is a movie shown last year yata, pero di ko napanood. sige, salsa dancing lesson ka, enjoy yan! pero pls lang wag mong gawin yung ginawa mo sa square-dance PE class mo before ha! baka mangunsume titser mo pag nagkagulo na naman ang pagpapalit-palit ng partner (kung sakaling may ganyan din yan), hehe :)
atchie vads, oh kung andyan ka ngang malayo kung gwardyahan mo ko para kang nakikipagkumpetensya kay guardo (at ang mga sermon to boot!), yun pa kayang kung kasama kita????? sabagay, nung mga panahong nagpaparty tayo nung college ako pa ang gumaguwardiya sa yo sa mga kalandiang pinaggagagawa mo - tinititigan yung crush mo habang nakatilamsik ang mga daliri sa cocktail glass at nang-aakit (di ba hinila kita't pinagalitan?)...so medyo may punto ka nga, baka ikaw pa ang bantayan ko!

ei crystal, di ka pa pinapanganak e nagsusulatan na kami ni tito keanu mo. ang ibig sabihin ko lang naman e gaya ng sabi ng tita jessie mo, paunahin ko na sya kay brad at tigang na raw siya kung baga sa lupa. eh pede bang paunahin mo na ako at ipagpaubaya mo sa akin ang TITO KEANU mo ha? *wink*
