And these are my heroes...

1. Those who take up a cause and stand up for it with all their heart, mind and soul.
2. The persecuted Christians who endure all things that they might be considered worthy of the cross.
3. The parent who works night and day, and sacrifices their own interest in order to feed, and not just feed, but wisely nurture their children.
4. Those who willingly break free, no matter how difficult it is, from sin, idolatry and bondages in obedience to God's commandment: "do not cause other believers to stumble in their faith."
5. Those who put up a responsible smile to hide away their pain (whether physical or emotional) in order to lead and encourage others.
6. And the list goes on....

Salamat sa prayers nyo, Popsie's PSA level (measure of presence of prostate cancer) is down from 20 (high level) to 3.8 (normal level). Now, that is a significant drop at 80 percent. Orchiectomy, the surgery performed on him, is expected on the average to drop the PSA level by only 25 percent. Ain't God good? I always tell Popsie to be vigilant with his protocol (nutraceuticals,nutrition, water and exercise) which includes prayer and meditation.

Right now though he's battling chronic UTI which apparently has been causing him fever which is a good sign (indication that his immune system is fighting off the infection); but of course, we'd like to get rid of the infection. By God's grace he'll be healed of chronic urinary tract infection soon. His blood sugar has been fluctuating lately. He's been good until a month ago, all his symptoms have stabililized na. But after being stressed due to some issues involving some family members (including a cousin), medyo bumalik yung ibang symptoms. Sabi ko get rid of stress and nurtured disappointment from his system, toxic yun eh.

Madaldal rin kse ako, I relay news and pent up feelings na dapat di ko na pinapapapasan pa sa kanila. Ewan ko ba, gusto kong batukan sarili ko. Pag pray nyo please si Popsie and his complete healing.

Ako naman, baka unang linggo ng January ang surgery ko. Wala pang definite schedule kse 45 cases ng surgery ang naka-line up dun sa gynecologist ko from now. In the meantime, since I stopped taking my nutraceuticals and being uncareful bout my diet, my fibroids grew and one grew so fast. So now instead of having two, I have three large fibroids. Mabigat na nga eh. I have other issues too as seen from the ultrasound, di ko na lang babanggitin, gusto ko kseng kalimutan..hehe. Anyway, sabi ni Momsie, wag daw akon harbour bitterness kse natatranslate na bukel. Baka nga. Kaya I release all bitterness sa puso ko, dami ko sigurong nakaing ampalaya kasi. Miss ko na nga si Lord eh, I used to have such sweet intimate fellowship with Him, especially nung nasa Vancouver ako, feel na feel ko ang presence and protection Niya. Those were wonderful times with the Lord, kahit gapang ako in coming to terms with extreme homesickness and dealing with clinical d.

Pinapakanta nila ako, tumanggi ako. Sabi ko pang-open air colosseo ang boses ko, kelangan back up or opening act si Celine Dion o kaya yung Dixie Chicks. Otherwise, "wag insultuhin ang talento ko't small time crowd lang kayo"...wihihihihi. Buti na lang umexit haku, ang sama ng timpla ng sound system at nakakaipit ng boses na pilipit yung mikropono. Professional songer na nga yung kumanta, di fa rin impressive...*sigh.* Anyway, here's to give you a glimpse of d' Kaneydyan culture sa 'pisina.
